The other day I was dispatched to look into a problem with the local chemical plant. I saw these herd feeding off a farmers field. I'm not sure what species of deer but they are safe here. Hunters are not supposed to shoot near the roads & highways.

After my shift was over, grabbed my camera and headed back. These guys are very shy, the minute they saw me. They've scattered away at a safe distance.

I shot most of them using a 100-400mm attached to a 1.4x tele-converter. Next time I will take a tripod, hide and wait for them to come near me.

In today's time where Money is the bottomline. Motivation by fear...or should I say rulled by fear. Most managers are afraid to shine on. Like the bell curve, everyone positions themselves in the mediocrity of the masses. Don't Shine, Don't Rock the Boat. Low profile, get lost in the middle and you will outlast the eager beavers of the world.

I'm not an engineer but I can so relate. I see this happens where I work.
